Easy Layered Nacho Dip

Ingredients  

  • 16 oz. refried beans
  • ½ pkg taco seasoning
  • 6 oz. guacamole
  • 8 oz. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup salsa diced
  • 4 ½ oz. black olives (optional)
  • 4 oz. chopped green chilies (optional)
  • 1 small onion (optional)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  • In a medium size bowl, combine refried beans and taco seasoning.
  • Spread bean mixture in a 9″ pie plat or similarly sized dish.
  • Spread guacamole over beans.
  • Spread sour cream over guacamole.
  • Top with salsa or diced tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle with optional olives, green chilies, and onions.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Serve with nacho chips.
