Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients  

  • 2 cups chocolate milk
  • 3 bananas frozen
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high-power blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour into 3 serving glasses and enjoy your healthy snack, breakfast, lunch, or even dessert!

Notes

Optional Ingredient Variations:
  • add a bit of chocolate syrup to white milk if you don’t have chocolate milk in the house
  • use your almond, soy, or oat milk if you have dairy allergies
  • use any nut or sun butter if allergies are an issue
  • add in some oats for additional texture and nutrition
  • add in additional frozen fruit to change the flavor (strawberries could be yummy too!)
  • add in some protein powder or other nutritional supplements to make this smoothie even healthier
  • top the smoothie with whipped cream, a chocolate drizzle, and/or chocolate chips
