Ingredients  

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on high until smooth (we use a Vita-mix).
  • Pour into 3 glasses and serve immediately.
