Banana-Coconut Green Smoothie

Equipment

Ingredients  

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 4 cups baby spinach washed and drained (one 5-oz. bag)
  • 2 cups coconut water or almond milk
  • 4 Tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

This is a thinner smoothie. If you like a thicker smoothie, you could add less liquid or more frozen bananas.
