Pick-Me-Up Smoothie

Ingredients  

  • 2 bananas frozen in chunks
  • 1 cup red grapes frozen
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

Instructions

  • Add frozen fruit to a high-power blender (we use a Vita-Mix).
  • Add milk, yogurt, and honey.
  • Blend on high until thoroughly blended and smooth.
  • Pour smoothie mixture into 3 glasses or mugs.

Notes

NOTE: I’m not sure how the grapes would blend in a regular blender (we use a Vita-Mix).
