Instructions
Add frozen fruit to a high-power blender (we use a Vita-Mix).
Add milk, yogurt, and honey.
Blend on high until thoroughly blended and smooth.
Pour smoothie mixture into 3 glasses or mugs.
Notes
NOTE: I’m not sure how the grapes would blend in a regular blender (we use a Vita-Mix).
