Homemade Healthy Protein Bars Recipe

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chocolate together well (mixture will be somewhat sticky).
Line an 8×8-inch pan with foil and spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
Melt chocolate on the stove or in the microwave and spread over the mixture in the pan.
Place the pan in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Cut into 12 bars and wrap them individually in plastic wrap or foil and store in the freezer.
Thaw slightly before serving.
