Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease an 11″ x 14″ pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter.
Add in eggs, honey, and milk and mix well.
In a smaller bowl, mix flour, baking powder, corn meal and salt.
Carefully stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients carefully. (Do not overmix — the batter will be lumpy.)
Pour batter into greased baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
