Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add vanilla, lemon juice, and eggs. Beat well.
In a separate bowl, mix the flours, oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoons on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
Cool on wire racks.
