Oven fried chicken is a healthier alternative to fried chicken -- with the same deliciously crunchy crust and tender juicy chicken!
Prevent your screen from going dark
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
Melt butter in a shallow baking dish or bowl.
In another bowl, mix together flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dip chicken pieces in melted butter.
Then dip them into the flour mixture.
Place coated chicken pieces in a single layer on a greased shallow baking pan (skin side down – if you’ve left the skin on).
Bake at 400º for 30 minutes.
Flip chicken pieces over and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
