I haven’t done much freezer cooking lately. I’ve got lots of chicken in the freezer, but I’m running low on other items. So I will need to be restocking soon. This week our menu is full of stove top dishes and slow cooker dishes.

When you make the stuffed pretzel rolls do you use your pizza dough recipe? At what point do you freeze this dish? Thanks!

I’ve bookmarked the pizza stuffed pretzel rolls to make for an upcoming freezer cooking day. Yum! We also enjoy the southwest roll-ups. I subbed out black beans for the refried last time I made them. Very good.
Here’s our menu plan for the week.

I am going to work on my project all week. So I am making chicken broth today and then will use it for different fast soups during the week.
Breakfasts: smoothie, eggs, waffles cereals
Lunches: going to pack sandwiches, carrots, apples, celery, crackers – since we all away from home
Dinners: ravioli, soups, chicken with homegrown squash, which I picked this weekend, fried rice with chicken, fresh salads
