  I’m new to all these great new smart phone opportunities. Is there a way to use a mobile coupon for Target AND a cartwheel in the same transaction for the same items?

      Is there a certain order of scanning coupons to combine offers at Target? I tried to use the mobile coupon and my cartwheel (in that order) and the computer only accepted the mobile coupon.

      Would it have worked to use both if I had had the guy scan them in the other order of Cartwheel first and then mobile?

      Just trying to save some money here!
