Riverside, CA had the same deals. Some toys are still only 50% off, but still a steal on great toys like the large Lego sets that you can hardly ever get for less than $50. I have finished my toy shopping for Christmas! Check your local store and ask when their mark down day is. If you have your eye on something, it might be even lower next week. Good luck out there!
I went on Thursday around 11:00 a.m. and there was hardly anyone in the store. I live in Lakeville Minnesota, I think people just don’t know about this sale maybe because I was telling some friends and they didn’t know Target did this. Anyways, I was able to find some very good deals to store away for Christmas and for parties my children are invited to. I got a Dora play house set for 3.98 (12.99), Playdough set for 2.68 (8.99), a 3 in 1 Hot Wheels Super Charged kit for 2.98 (9.99), Fisher Price baby toy for 1.38 (4.64), 6 very fancy princess pens for .30 (1.00), 5 princess notebooks for .30 (1.00) 5 princess sticky not pads for .30 (1.00) 3 Cinderella purses that come with markers for 1.48 (4.99). I spent 23.00 for everything! I also saw several baby alive dolls marked down to 12.50 from 40.00 and some were maked down I think at 7.50. I almost got my daughter one and decided she had enough dolls 🙂 Hope you all find some good deals there!
I stopped by Target this morning and found a lot of great stuff! I was able to get $250 worth of toys for around $75. My favorite purchases were 2 Thomas the Train Take and Play sets ($8 and $6), an Innotab game ($7.48), and a toy BBQ set ($4.48). In all, I bought 17 items for a great price! I have most of my older son’s Christmas presents covered, and I was also able to buy birthday/Chistmas gifts for our nieces and nephews 🙂
Found a leapfrog box set for tag reader( the U.S. map puzzle) originally 19.99 marked as 9.98 but rang up for 5.98 plus had a 5.00 off coupon attached. Total 0.98!! 🙂
Wow I will have to go back and look for this for my nephew for Christmas. What a great deal!!
I was at Target today, and the clearance was very, very sparse. Most of the clearance toys were either accessories or junky-type items.
But, my daughter found a toy she wanted to spend her birthday money on, and I checked Amazon on my phone while there, and it was almost $10 off on Amazon. I was very excited to find out that Target price matches Amazon, so she saved quite a bit on her find 🙂
They were marking it all 70% off at the O’Fallon Missouri store this morning but there were women lined up going through it all in carts as they were marking it down so by 10am it was almost completely picked over. One woman had two carts overflowing! I only went for two things but left with nothing. 🙁
