Just a reminder!
Sam’s Club is offering free entrance to non-members this weekend (August 2-4, 2013).
Non-members just need to go to the customer service desk to get a pass. There will be no extra charges on purchases made.
Sam’s Club will be hosting their Three-Day Open House and will be offering a variety of free samples this weekend, as well.
Would this be a good option to get inexpensive school supplies? I’m thinking especially about tissues, ziplocks, disinfectant wipes, in addition to the typical crayons, etc.
I stopped in today with all three kids and 8 mos pregnant. The lady at the front was extremely rude and told me “You will have to go to the service desk and ask them about that.” So then I waited 10 minutes, was asked for my license and then told there would be a 10% charge above what members pay. I said no thanks, yet ANOTHER reason I won’t shop at Walmart or Sam’s club. So frustrating!
Sorry to hear that. I don’t think they are supposed to be doing the up charge for this weekend’s event.
I signed up today and because i homeschool they gave me a business membership! They also gave a free rotisserie chicken ($5) pasta salad ($8) and 40 count bottled waters for $3 off making it .49 for 40 bottles! So for my $45 membership i got all this and many free samples. All free apples, bananas, muffins and water at the sign up table. Not a bad deal for my family.
