Were you add in the coupon code and the pin in the two separate boxes? Hundreds and hundreds of people have been ordering today without issue… I’m so sorry it’s not working right for you. Sometimes, when a site is slammed, coupon codes will get all wonky. That happened yesterday with Old Navy.
I’d clear your history and try again. Let me know if that doesn’t work. You could also try ordering on another device, if you have one.

I’d recommend trying again today. They might have less traffic. Hopefully it will work for you. Make sure that you’re only choose the sale backpacks. It doesn’t seem to be working on the regular priced ones.

That shouldn’t be happening since a 53% off sale code is advertised right on their site. I’m wondering if their site is having issues since so many people are trying to order at once. Maybe try chatting with their customer service people?

I called their online department and they said there is no such thing! The lady didn’t know what I was talking about. She could get the 55% off, that worked fine, but the backpacks were still $22.00. I searched lowest price first. I am so confused!

It worked perfectly for me. I found a nice large blue/black/white print backpack that my son liked, normally for $49.95, but was one of the ones marked down. I was able to use the code and pin, and it worked perfectly. Got a nice backpack for school for my son for under $10 shipped! Thanks! I was able to get backpacks for all 4 of my kids for less than $50! Most of the cuter prints are no longer available on the sale page but I’m excited for them to have better quality backpacks for the price of cheaper ones! The ones we bought just last year have completely fallen apart.
