I loaded mine this morning and was able to use it a couple of hours later. I was lucky in that they had two boxes left of this item. Usually I have to wait till the next week to use my free coupons as they are out of the items.
Has anyone else had problems finding these items in their store? Every time I go to grab one of the items I am supposed to be getting for free, the shelf is empty and they clearly aren’t restocking them. 🙁
We don’t have Kroger where I live, But I checked our local Kroger affiliated grocery store (Fred Meyer) and it was available there as well.
Double check your receipts to make sure you got it free. I downloaded my coupon, but it never came off the receipt, so I paid full price. I called corporate and they verified I downloaded it, but they said I have to go back to the store to get a refund. They didn’t give me an explanation of why it didn’t work.
The same thing almost happened to me today. I looked at the register and asked the cashier and she said sometimes it takes 24 hrs for the ecpns to load. I showed her my app on my phone with the cpn loaded but it was a no go, so I just had her void it off. I’ll try this weekend I guess.
