When I saw this recipe, I knew I had to try it. It sounded like a creative twist on traditional apple muffins and I mostly just wanted to experiment with it out of curiosity. The end result? Definitely yummy. Different, but yummy. The peanut butter chips add a fun surprise and jive well with the apple flavors.
I have made these pumpkin rolls again and again. And again. They’re that good, folks! When it comes to homemade rolls, it doesn’t get much better than these. You can’t taste the pumpkin in these at all, but the pumpkin is there for a reason. It makes these rolls tender, soft and absolutely delicious (all while boosting your daily vitamin A intake!).
This recipe is one of our longtime family favorites. These muffins are so good and freeze so well. These also make a great dessert to add to a sack lunch. Just pull a frozen muffin out and stick it in a baggie in your sack lunch and by lunchtime, it’s all thawed and ready to eat.
These muffins are delicious and nutritious. When my friend, Angie, brought us some one day, I took one bite and knew they were winners. I adapted the original recipe to make it healthier, but if you’re not worrying about sugar or calories, the original recipe is really good. 🙂
This is our favorite freezer-friendly banana bread recipe. It’s especially yummy with some chocolate chips sprinkled into the batter!
When I found this Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Waffle recipe on Passionate Homemaking, I knew I had to try it. To my surprise, they turned out beautifully! They were a little lighter and crispier than typical waffles, but they were delicious and definitely a winner gluten-free, dairy-free recipe.
