It’s concerning me because I claimed the deal the first day your e-mail shared it, 7 days ago, but $0.00 is still showing in my TCB account, and the same for the family and friends I shared the offer to! Submitting a claim says will take 1-3 months for a response from TCB?! Nothing is shown pending either and I’m worried we all got suckered into expensive bottles we wouldn’t have purchased otherwise!

You don’t get free shipping on this even if you choose the pick up in store option. You have to spend $89 or more to get free shipping, whether it be to your home or to the store. Bummer.
I followed the link to Top Cashback, flowed all the steps correctly, made my purchase and waited over 3 weeks for the rebate to show up in my account but it never did. I contacted Top Cash back customer service and they said there was no “click” found through their page. After more conversation they said that if I go ahead and order again through their site they’ll do a one time courtesy and do the rebate, which is cool, but I have to return the hydroflask I already got and start all over again. I’m grateful they are goung to do this for me but I feel really bad because I passed the I do on to 4 family members and my BFF and none of them got their rebates either so they’re each going to have to contact customer service too and see if they’ll help them out as well. I’m pretty embarrassed about that.
