I’m having trouble using the promo as well; I put 10 $5 e-gift cards in my cart (I tried both email gift cards and print-at-home gift cards) but when I tried to enter the promo it said it could not be applied to my items too :/ I searched my previous orders and can’t find any record of having purchased Amazon gift cards in the past to disqualify the promo from our account. Would love to use this if you have any tips! Thanks!

To anyone who’s having issues – when I switched to my PC vs using the app on my phone, I was able to use the promo 🙂 So just a suggestion to try!

It wouldn’t work for me either. I wonder if I have already purchased a gift card. I don’t remember doing it, but I guess I could have… I tried two browsers on two different devices/computers.

When I entered the code it said “The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase.” BUT underneath the Review Items and Shipping it says “Congratulations, your purchase qualifies you for an Amazon.com credit. A one-time $15 promotional credit will be automatically applied to your account and emailed to you within three (3) days after shipping.” Hopefully it works!
