We were refunded our $45 already. I was surprised that it was refunded so quickly.
Be aware: Customer Service is horrid–actually, nonexistent! We’ve been contacting them for 6 months…with no response.
We just signed up for it. The kids were so excited…only to find out that you have to download it and it isn’t compatible on all devices. We immediately asked for our money back. It is not like abcmouse where you pay and go…
