If you’ve been wanting to try Graze, I have a really exciting offer for you that is exclusively for MSM readers through the end of February!!
Right now, you can get a FREE Snack Sampler Box with FREE shipping when you sign up as a new customer. And that’s not all! You’ll also get 20% off your following three boxes if you choose to continue after your first box!
Graze offers wholesome, healthy, and yummy snack options — that they send to you via mail. I’ve heard a lot of things about Graze, so I decided to sign up and give it a try!
When you sign up, you get to rate various snacks to give them an idea of what snacks you’d like to receive. And there are a TON to choose from!
I was very impressed with the variety and how so many of them were really healthy but also delicious-sounding, too!
I also love that they send you complete nutrition and ingredient information for each snack in your box.
Here’s what I ended up getting in my sampler box:
(I think this one might end up being my favorite!)
Want to try Graze for FREE? Here’s how!
- Go here to sign up for a FREE 4-count snack sampler snack box.
- Go through the basic sign-up process to enter your information and payment info (you won’t be charged for your first box!)
- Choose your diet and taste preferences, and then feel free to rate certain snacks to help ensure you receive snacks you love! (Hint: I think if you only choose to rate 4 snacks that you love, that’s what they’ll send you!)
- Follow the instructions to choose which snacks you are most interested in.
- You’ll receive your FREE 4-snack sampler box within a couple of weeks!
After my first sampler box shipped out, I decided to cancel my subscription so I wouldn’t be charged for future shipments. It took one minute to do and was super easy!
Important Note: How to Cancel Your Subscription
After your first box ships, you can choose to cancel your subscription or continue your subscription and take advantage of the 20% discount on your next three 8-count boxes (making each box $11.19).
If you no longer want to continue after your first FREE sampler box, it’s super easy to cancel future shipments in your account!
But be sure to cancel it right after your first box ships! Don’t wait until you get your box. When you go to checkout, they will tell you on the sidebar when you need to cancel by. These boxes ship out weekly, so you need to be sure to make changes to your subscription by this time, or you will be charged for your next box.

I hate this….no way to contact anyone! Is there any way to talk to a customer service person?I have spent far too much time on here.. I want to cancel this account. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO CLOSE IT..
Meg says
Hi, Karen! I’m so sorry you’ve had issues. You can contact their customer service HERE. I hope that helps! -Meg, MSM Team

I have the same problem as Laura. I never received my sample box. Then I was charged for a box. And now I just got charged again. I didn’t get to cancel my subscription after the sample box shipped because it never shipped out. It’s not your fault but just wanted to share incase this deal happens again as it seems to not be working properly.
Crystal Paine says
Make sure to contact their customer service about it and please let me know if they don’t make it right for you. I am SO sorry for the issues!
Laura says
This offer didn’t work as expected and is still driving me nuts! I was charged full price for my first box of 8 instead of receiving it for free. They mailed it out 2 weeks late, and then mailed out another box before I even got to try the first box, so now I’ve been charged full price for 2 boxes. I also never received any emails saying my box was being shipped.
Crystal Paine says
I am SO sorry! We have gone back and forth with Graze about these issues and I feel terrible that this turned out like it has. They’ve asked everyone to email their customer service if you had issues like this and they’ve promised us they will make it right to you. Please let me know if they don’t. Again, I’m SO sorry!
Sarah D. says
Ugh. Although I liked the first box I got, this has been nothing but an annoyance since then. I got charged for the first box, even though it was supposed to be free. I got an email telling me that it had been accidentally charged and would be refunded, but no refund is showing. I did not get boxes 2 and 3 because supposedly the boxes are delayed. Box 4 showed up today. So far I’ve paid for 4 boxes, which are not cheap, and got 2, one of which was supposed to be free. Others might want to just skip this freebie next time it comes up. From the other comments on here, it doesn’t sound like they have their act together at all.
Stephanie says
I just went to contact them and there’s a disclaimer that boxes that were to be shipped last week and this week are delayed and they hope to send them next week. So I guess nobody got boxes. 🤷♀️ Fingers crossed.
Stephanie says
Did anyone receive their free box. It said mine was to ship week of 2/24 and I haven’t received it. I cancelled the next order box that is supposed to ship next week.
Crystal Paine says
Did you contact them about it?
Stephanie says
This is really confusing. I see a 4 sample box due the week 2/24 but just says one time. is that the free one? There’s also an 8 sample box due to go out 3/10(which is what the deal was suppose to be for) that is weekly. Can I cancel the 8 sample box now and still get the 4 sample box? The post said not to wait to cancel but it’s confusing. When I go to Cancel the 8 box it says I’ll lose the free snack box. Can you clarify?
Crystal Paine says
I’m so sorry for the confusion. The 4 sample box is the free box. Your account should say when you need to cancel the 8-snack box before it will be sent out.
Stephanie says
Great…thanks Crystal!
H.H. says
Just to let everyone know, it doesn’t seem like they let you pick what you will sample. They ask for preferences but don’t let you pick something specific. Oh well, it is free afterall! : )
Meg says
You’re correct on that! Sorry about the original language saying you could pick! I’ve updated the post. -Meg, MSM Team
S.R. says
I got an email that I was accidentally charged for my first box, as well. They claim that they will get the charges reversed, but overall this was pretty disappointing.
Meg says
I’m SO sorry this happened to you! Please let us know if Graze doesn’t refund your charges. Unfortunately, there was a big miscommunication with them on this deal and there were a ton of issues as a result. -Meg, MSM Team
Tia says
The link says only 4 samples and not 8? Did it change?
Meg says
Hi, Tia! Yes. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with Graze about the offer and they created a landing page that had a glitch on it with a different offer than they intended to originally give us. The correct offer is a free 4-count sampler box and then 20% off your next three 8-count boxes. SO sorry for the issues! Hope that clears things up! -Meg, MSM Team
Linzi says
I was charged for my first box, despite the promo offer.
Chanda says
Yes, me too. I did receive an email from them apologizing, but buyer beware, and keep an eye on your account.
Crystal Paine says
I added the extra information to this post on how to cancel so that no else is charged. I’m so sorry that happened the first time around — hopefully you were able to talk to them and get the charges reversed?
Chanda says
Hi Crystal (and team)!
I wanted to update you and let you know my account was credited the amount they accidentally charged, and the sample box was hopefully shipped out today. It seems like it’ll work out ok, just unfortunate that it happened that way.
Thanks!

was there a special code to use because it looks like first box is only half-price?
Meg says
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I’m so sorry! We’re working on getting this fixed! -Meg, MSM Team

I emailed Graze and asked if I’d missed a promo code specifically for the MoneySavingMom 8 count sampler. Their reply was that I did miss a code but that it was also only for a free 4-snack sampler and three 20% off orders. I guess 4 free is better than no free.
crystal says
I emailed Graze and this is their reply –
“Our free sampler box is an introductory offer, and the promotion code needs to be added at the very beginning of the account creation process, however, it looks like this step was missed.
Not to worry though! I’ve added the Money Saving Mom offer for you now – this was for a free 4-snack sample box and three regular sized subscription boxes at 20% off.”
Looks like the free offer is only for a 4-snack sample!
Crystal Paine says
We are in the process of chatting with them. Their landing page changed today and it was supposed to be an 8-snack sampler. We’ll hopefully get this figured out soon. I’m so sorry for the issues!

My first thought when I saw these pictures is, “That’s a lot of packaging for a very little amount of food.” My interest in these types of products is quickly diminished when I think about how much single-use packaging they create. I have to think it’s both more economical and more eco-friendly to buy in bulk and make your own pretzels and peanut butter snack, or mixed nuts, raisins, and chocolate mix. I think it’s important to think about the ecological impact of these kinds of services/products.

What a super deal! I just ordered my free box!!
