    Anyone else use them before or received their order yet? I ordered on Nov. 28th and I got an email on Dec. 1 saying it was in the packaging process. Haven’t heard anything since then. I wouldn’t think it would take over 2 weeks to package 3 pairs of leggings. I emailed them but just wondering if anyone has used them before or received their orders. Thanks!

    After 2 unanswered emails I finally reached someone at GearXS by phone today. I was told there were shipping delays, but that all items were guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. They are shipping out items today and tomorrow. Fingers crossed they show up!

    I placed an order on November 29 and also received an email saying my order was being packaged. Called today and was told they not only had not been shipped but actually hadn’t even been packaged, despite the email. The lady I spoke with was nice, but said they were just too busy due to the holidays. Said my shipment would go out “this week,” meaning my daughter obviously will not get her Christmas gift. Very disappointing. And unprofessional.

        It’s fine. I should have done my own homework and read the reviews online (apparently this company is terrible to deal with – some even calling them scam artists). Had I read the reviews I would NEVER had ordered from them.

        My husband spoke with a customer service rep who said their truck had been stolen (ha!) but a new shipment arrived just today (what luck). Sadly, I recommended some friends to this post and they’re all in the same situation. Dishonest, unfortunately.

        • Rats! I’m so sorry… their affiliate program is through a reputable company (ShareASale) which usually means that they are also a reputable company. However, because so many people have had issues with them, I certainly will not be promoting them any more.

          Also, if you want to email me what happened, I’ll be more than happy to pass your email along to the contact that I have there and beg them to please get this situation resolved ASAP and that I won’t be posting about them again because of these issues. My email address is crystal @

            Yes, please don’t promote them any more. I also haven’t received my order (from 18 days ago) and the website says the order can’t be found! Very frustrating experience. Still hoping to hear back from their customer service. Oh well, caveat emptor!

    Update: My order arrived! There is a mistake (a black pair of leggings instead of grey). I will call tomorrow and hope they can remedy, but happy to have something in my hands at long last! 🙂
