    This is a great challenge! I have a long history of addiction to diet soda, starting years ago when I drank it to help me stay awake when I worked night shifts. As I’ve been reading more and more about the dangers of diet soda, I’ve been gradually cutting back, and now I only have it once in awhile when I go out with friends. I used to detest the taste of plain water, but now I’ve learned to like it, and I’m saving a significant amount of money!

    I was addicted to Diet Pepsi until my rapid heart rhythm forced me to switch to decaf. I was then drinking Diet Sunkist Orange or Sprite Zero. Again….addicted. I started reading all the ways Diet soda was bad for my body, so I quit. I have decaf Coffee or Tea in the morning first thing, then switch to water. My skin has changed so much. Not dry like before. And my complexion has really improved.
