I signed up for the free trial and paid $1 s&h, but I did not authorize a subscription . The 2nd book came and I was charged 29.98 plus some other charge. I wrote to them and requested a refund of all but $1..00.. I did not see where I agreed to a subscription, I am usually skeptical of a free item if any other charges are collected, for this reason. I will be contacting paypal..the books are cute, but not for my granddaughter..
I loved the Beans & Sparks thing. I had gotten 3 rounds including the promo round before we had to stop it for a while due to financial issues. :'(

Do you know what number to call? They charged me full price. My brother in law used my link to use for his child and he just noticed they charged him full price. He canceled it, but now I think they will still charge it?
