If you make meals in bulk like lasagna, soups etc ready to thaw heat eat,find a plastic storage container that will fit the size pan make freeze in it then when ready take it out put in baking pan. I found using foil pans for freezing your bag may get a tiny hole causing bag not to keep vacuum seal but over time in freezer will allow air in causing air crystals.

So glad I found your recipes. Our children are gone and so I struggle with cooking just for 2 and the crock pot is my favorite appliance
What size crock pot do you cook these in. I am making it up for a friend who has cancer and will be in treatment so will be getting her a little crock pot to go with the food.
