I recently found that Dollar General carries a generic Fluonase nasal spray. It’s around $7-8 for 60 sprays. Paired with one of their $5/$25 coupons when you shop, this may be a good deal for someone.
Also, Sam’s Club had a 5-pack (I believe it was 60 sprays per bottle.) of the generic Fluonase. Last time I bought it there, it was around $27. I don’t know what the current price is.
