I was able to get the FD coupon and passed Reed’s test, but the link to the coupon just keeps spinning. I’m not sure if it’s getting slammed or if there’s simply something wrong with their system.

It looks like there are two MC available from the 8/25 and 9/29 Red Plum inserts if you can’t get the IP to print.

I tried this. Their registers wouldn’t take both coupons as the total coupons exceeded the price of the detergent by 2 cents. I did get but had to pay $.98. Still a great deal.

I went into my local store for the deal and had to pay .98 as well because the computer wouldn’t take both coupons due to the overage. Their coupon policy states that the 2 coupons can be used together but is to be edited to reflect no overage. I went home and noticed another comment on a different blog that said the cashier had to call the corporate office in which they stated to edit one of the coupons to reflect no overage. My cashier/manager was willing to call corporate, I just didn’t have time to wait. Just sending this FYI out that the offer is still available, just some stores my need to know how to run it through by making a phone call.

Same, here. The cashier wasn’t very nice (kept telling me to “just be patient!” but SHE was all in a huff over it all). The manager came and messed around with it, but she, too, wouldn’t give me the $1 mfg coupon off. A buck isn’t a bad deal, but I was hoping for free. 🙁

She did say that you could do the deal “all day long” at as many stores as you wanted. She gave me back my FD coupon and gave me a code to have them enter instead of scanning the coupon. Didn’t have time to do any more today, though. Next time, I’ll take all of my coupons with me. I had a 75-cent one that would have dropped the price to a quarter.

I also did not get this to work. Their register wold not take both coupons.

I went there and the All rang up $5. So I paid 1.70 after tax :S
At first she just took 1 of the coupons and I showed her I had a store one and a mq and she said I should have showed her the qs before checking out. Ah, I have them both there from the beginning.
