I’ve fallen in love with the ease of ordering household products online through Amazon.com using my free gift cards from Swagbucks to pay for the purchases. Not only is it fantastic to not have to worry about running out of toilet paper, but you can get great deals ordering online — especially on natural and organic products.
Earlier this week, I was at Angie’s book launch party and I was sitting next to Jessica from The Mom Creative at dinner. We were talking all things blogging (like she and I love to do!) and she asked me if I’d heard about ePantry. She said she’d been trying it out and really loved it.
She told me that they were running a special right now and she thought I should check it out because she was sure some of my readers would be interested. So I spent some time yesterday investigating ePantry and how the site works. I was very impressed.
I went through the order process myself, placed my first order, and I also dialogued with customer service regarding a few questions I had. I was completely blown away by how responsive they were to my questions. Great customer service is often hard to find these days!
How ePantry Works
ePantry is very similar to Amazon’s Subscribe & Save Program that many of us love so much. Here’s how it works:
1. Sign up for an account with ePantry through this link. You’ll get a free $10 credit + ePantry is offering a free Mrs. Meyer’s hand soap with your order to everyone who signs up through my referral link! This is an exclusive offer for my readers that is only available through Monday (September 22, 2014).
2. Answer a few quick questions about your family and the household products you use (this took me maybe two minutes to do).
3. Once you’ve answered the questions, you’ll have the option for them to put together a box for you or you can pick your own products for your box. I’d recommend picking your own products so you can get the best deal and only buy those things you know your family will use.
4. To get $10 off, your order needs to be at least $30 total. You can do any combination of products, but I think the best deals are on products like the Mrs. Meyer’s hand soap. You can order up to 4 of any one item.
5. That’s it! Go to checkout, place your order, and get some household products shipped to your door at a great price!
Get 9 Method/Mrs. Meyer’s Items for $2.45 Each Shipped!
Here’s a cart example I put together of how to get $50 retail value of products for just $22.01 out of pocket — making each item just $2.45 out of pocket. That’s a great price on Mrs. Meyer’s and Method hand soaps!
- 4 Method hand soaps — $3.89 each
- 1 Mrs. Meyer’s hand soap — $4.03 each
- 3 Mrs. Meyer’s foaming hand soaps — $4.14 each
- 1 Mrs. Meyer’s hand soap — free by ordering through my referral link
Retail price: $50.01
Total before credit: $36.04
Total after credit & free Mrs. Meyer’s hand soap offer: $22.01–makes each item just $2.45 shipped!
Note: Just like Amazon’s Subscribe & Save program, if you want to continue receiving shipments, you can choose when you want to receive your next shipment and what you want to receive. You’ll receive an email 7 days before your next shipment is supposed to go out and you can go in and adjust your order or choose to cancel your subscription.
Share This Deal & Get a Free $20 Credit!
Want to earn some free ePantry credit to use for household purchases? Through Monday only (September 22, 2014), you can get a free $20 credit for every person you refer who signs up and places an order.
Just sign up for an ePantry account, place your first order, and then you’ll be able to refer others through the referral link they’ll email you! Share your link on Facebook, Pinterest, or Twitter or email it out to friends. For every person who orders, you’ll receive $20 in credit to use on future orders from ePantry.com.
This $20 referral credit offer is only valid through Monday, September 22, 2014.
I don’t have an instagram account or a smartphone but I still want in on the giveaway!
Thank you!
The chat question never popped up and clicking on the FAQs did not add $1. Was that just a limited time thing last week?
What time on monday 9/22 does the sale end? I ask b/c I would like to order but i have to deposit money in the bank Mon morning. I would like to know if I can place an order tomorrow afternoon (I am on EST). Thanks!
I’m having a hard time figuring out the $1 credit from the FAQs and the $2 credit from the customer service live chat option. Can someone help explain exactly how to get these? Thanks in advance!!
Id like to know the same thing!
Thanks for this opportunity to try these products. I just read about how wonderful these were on theinspiredroom.com.
I never would have paid full price just try them out, but at this price I got some things for my daughter also who is moving into her new apartment soon.
Thanks again!
Mary
This was a fun stop this morning, thanks for the link.
I also just signed up and placed my first order! 8 items, including hand soap, dish soap, bamboo wash cloths and a vanilla bean soy candle for $20.63 total with the $13 credit and free hand soap! I missed where I get my log in id and password, so I just sent an email to support for help.
Hi Laura – Just wanted to chime in on your username and password. The next time you go to ePantry.com it should take you to your dashboard where it will prompt you to enter a password. Your username is just the email address you used to sign up. If that doesn’t work, shoot me a note at savage@epantry.com and I’d be happy to get your password set up. Thanks!
I did get an email from a customer service rep with a temp password. Thank you for following up!
What a wonderful site! I concur with customer service being outstanding! I had a man named, JD help me and we chatted for an hour about movies, the products and he was extremely helpful. 😉 thank you , Crystal for sharing this great deal!!
I’m so glad you had a great experience!
Great deal! So glad I read the comments on here and ended up with $13 credit 🙂 Thanks all for being so helpful!
Ok, I never comment, but I have to say thanks for this! They carry the only feminine hygiene products I can use and the razors my hubby uses. I got a great deal on them, plus I won’t have to make a trip into the city to pick them up next month. (We live in a rural area) So helpful!!!
Yay! I’m so glad you were able to get a deal on products you regularly use and that it saved you a trip to the store!
I signed up! Got some Mrs. Meyers and Method products that I always buy anyway. Thanks so much for this post today. I’m almost out of my Mrs. Meyers all-purpose cleaner and it should arrive just in time! 🙂 I love not having to make an extra trip to the store.
Yay! I’m so happy!
I love ePantry. Great customer service and great prices.
I had a live chat pop up and I got an additional $2 off
I keep getting an error when I go to select the products. Not worth the hassle. I’ve tried several times.
I also clicked on the FAQs and got another $1 off!
I was so excited to see they carry the Rosemary all-purpose cleaner refill. That’s not always easy to find! Plus I got an extra $2 off for answering a chat question that popped up when I started browsing. This was a great deal!
Yay!!
Thanks! I was able to take advantage of this offer of $10 off, plus for answering a question from customer service, they gave me an additional $2 credit! Woohoo!
Oh yay!!!
Hum… the $10 credit doesn’t seem to be registering for my account. I called the customer service phone number and an outgoing message said no one was available. Bummer!
Try using the live chat feature on the site and let me know if you can’t get that to work.
I used the live chat feature and you were right; they are wonderful! All is resolved. Incidentally, I checked the FAQs (in an attempt to resolve the credit issue) and I got another $1 credit on top of the $10 referral credit and the $2 garden credit. Yay!
The $10 It didn’t work for me either, but customer service was great and manually added it. He couldn’t figure out why it didn’t work. Then the Hand Soap said Free, but the total was actually including the cost of the Hand Soap. He reported it right away to tech services and credited me right away.
They do have great customer service.
Apparently the $1 is an easter egg and it moves around so you have to find it. Looking now! 🙂
This is Grove.com now any new reviews?
Crystal still loves and uses Grove every month! It’s still the same company, just a different name! 🙂 Hope that helps. -Meg, MSM Team
