I love this idea! Now to find more freezer space 😉

Janell from savingyoudinero.com has a lot of crockpot freezer meals on her site. Some i’ve been able to adapt for our allergies too. The crockpot ribs is so easy!

I love this idea because I don’t have a dishwasher or air conditioner. I am a stay at home mom and cook 3 meals a day every day. My only dilemma is that my family won’t eat casserole type meals and doesn’t eat any soups in the summer. I am going to do the stuffed peppers and a meatloaf and hamloaf. Thank you!

Great idea and amazingly a couple of the meals would work for my allergic family!
Has anybody tried these? Are they any good?
I tried some crockpot to freezer meals a couple years ago and they weren’t that tasty.

Crystal posted a similar article about 40 meals in 4 hours earlier this month. I’ve tried a few of those that were pretty darn good!

My son is allergic to dairy, eggs, wheat and peanuts, so all of these are free of at least these allergens!

Oh, WOW! I haven’t checked the link yet, but that’s the allergy restrictions that my daughter has, with the addition of soy, strawberries, citrus. I’m excited to look at your recipes now. I love using my slow cooker. 🙂

Great work Jessica! I’m so glad to see you linked on Money Saving Mom! 🙂

Thanks! 🙂

I like these much better than ‘cook once, eat twice’ recipes where you cook 2x the recipe then freeze half. Once something has been cooked it just isn’t good to me frozen then heated over…too mushy. Thanks for posting these!

What perfect timing! I am making slow-cooker freezer meals today to take to our condo on vacation next week!

We usually rent a cottage or house for vacations and cook our own meals, too. It never occurred to me to use a slow cooker. That’s a great idea!
