Yes — at least we’ve successfully used it with that deal in the past.
Not only is it valid with the 2 for $20 , if you have 2 adults you can also combine it with the free appetizer or dessert coupon. We did this last night and manager said it was ok! The free kids meals attached to my husbands meal and the free appetizer attached to mine. Family of 4 ate for $20 plus tax and tip.

You’ll get the free appetizer (or dessert), the appetizer that comes with the 2 for $20, 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals for $20. I did it last night.
