Target is making some big changes to their price matching policy starting tomorrow, October 1, 2015.
In addition to price matching all of their store competitors, they will now also be price matching 29 different online competitor prices! That means you’ll be able to price match Amazon.com prices at Target both in-stores and online.
You can read this article for more info on Target’s new price matching policy.

I think this is awesome. I have a Redcard and that also allows me to save 5% when I go to pay. I have amazon prime but lately I have been buying things at Target AND Walmart and having them match Amazon.
It is always good to have another choice…
I didn’t see anything in the article that said online prices would be matched in stores. Only online to online.
They already match online prices in-stores. The change is that they will now also do online to online. 🙂 -Meg, MSM Team
They currently do not match their own (Target) online prices…does this mean they will start matching their own online prices now?
They have always matched Target online prices to Target in-store prices for me at customer service. Maybe each Target is different? But I have never had an issue getting them to price match in the four Target’s in my area.
