Nice, would like to add to my collection
Get ready for next Christmas by buying 24 Christmas books. You can buy them used, or at the after Christmas sales, where they can be up to 75-90% off. Wrap each one, and put them away in a box until Dec. 1st next year. (you can even recycle giftwrap from your gifts this year to save some money).
From Dec 1st until the 24th, you will unwrap one book each day and read it to your children. (or let one of your children read it aloud if they are old enough to read.) These books will then all be re-wrapped and put away and brought out each year. It is a wonderful tradition, and you will love hearing the favorite Christmas stories each year.
There is still time to so this on a smaller scale for this Christmas, and maybe start with 7 books to be read the week before Christmas.
