Could you please share your venison roast crock-pot recipe? I husband filled our freezer with venison the fall and I have no clue how to cook it!

I just throw the meat in the crockpot, along with the veggies (if using), and dump some sort of improvised marinade over it – depending on what I have on hand. 🙂 Maybe a cup total for a 3lb roast. Water, spices, soy sauce or worcestershire sauce, and some oil or butter. Venison roast needs added fat for it to not be dry. You can even use Italian dressing straight from the bottle for an easy marinade. Then cook it for 6-8 hours on low.
