I loved Michelle’s guest post today over on Attention Target Shoppers on her journey towards becoming more frugal. If you’re new to frugality and wondering how to get started, her thoughts and ideas will be a great help to you.

Weirdly, one of the biggest issues I’ve had is storage space. We live in an antique home, with a small kitchen and pretty much zero closet space. I’m almost certain that we’ve spent all the money we’ve saved in the past few months on storage: building shelves, buying a couple of upright cupboards, and soon buying a chest freezer. None of these items on their own were expensive (the cupboards were gotten very cheaply via Craigslist) but I’m wondering if anyone has some great ideas on storage in a tiny space, without making our kitchen look like a warehouse club.

Read that article myself today and even pasted it on to my not so frugal sister.
perhaps if we all past it on to one other person we could really get this frugal ball rolling 🙂

Good article on her site. I was just thinking this morning that couponing/stockpiling is like looking for a job while you have a job. It’s less stressful, you can be more selective, etc.
