This is very misleading. Signing up for the “free” ticket is so that you can upgrade for $39, and there is no way to bypass it or even contact anyone at the conference. Bait and switch. I am extremely disappointed, especially since it s a Christian writers conference.
All you need to do is sign up with your name and email address and you should get an email with the info. Then, you’ll get emails throughout the conference with access to the sessions. Did you not get this email in your inbox? Let me know if you didn’t.
AFTER you sign up for the free ticket, they offer you the option to upgrade, but you’re already signed up for free at that point. I just double-checked and that’s what happened for me. Let me know if for some reason that’s not what happened for you.
