I tried to do this in store and it wouldn’t work. All slides on sale or clearance are excluded. It says so in the fine print in their ad.

My order wasn’t showing the 50%. Chatted with a rep who told me the two styles I selected were excluded from the promotion even though they both had the deal listed under their description. 🙁

Same thing happened to me. I just had a 20 minute chat with them and got nowhere. Similar to above, the ones in my cart were excluded from the BOGO deal; yet it was clearly advertised as such on multiple pages. I will be calling them tomorrow morning.
