48-Hour Giveaway: What’s in the Bible Volumes 1-10 (3 Winners)

I’m excited to be doing another What’s In the Bible DVD giveaway today! Volume 10 was just released and they are giving away a complete Volume 1-10 set to three of my readers this week.

If you missed my review from the last two giveaways, here it is:

At a conference two years ago, the What’s In the Bible? folks approached me about doing a giveaway on my blog. I sort of shrugged them off because the DVDs didn’t really look like anything much but some silly cartoons.

However, I said they were welcome to send some DVDs to us to check out and, if we liked them, I’d be willing to consider a giveaway. I figured that would be the end of that since I was guessing we wouldn’t like them as they just didn’t seem like our type.

Well, we got the DVDs, we sat down and watched them, and I was proven very, very wrong. We LOVED them. (And if you’ve read here much, you know that it takes a lot for me to use all caps about something!)

Yes, they are silly and corny at times. But a lot of the time they are genuinely funny.

And it’s not the fact that they are humorous that impressed my husband and me: it’s that they have a depth to them that very few children’s Bible products we’ve seen have.

Our children have learned so many new things about Scripture and how it fits together as a whole. These DVDs have opened up conversations about many, many spiritual issues that we’ve not broached before. And God has used them in powerful ways in our children’s hearts and lives.*

So, contrary to what I ever expected, we are HUGE fans {there I go, using all caps again!} of What’s In the Bible DVDs. And I’m so excited that they are giving away three complete DVD sets today.

*Note: As with all things like this, I heartily encourage you to watch these DVDs and discuss what’s in them with your children. You might not necessarily agree with everything in the DVDs, but we’ve found that’s provided a wonderful springboard for some really deep and meaningful conversations about spiritual things with our children.

And don’t forget that for the next three days only, you can get 30% off any purchase of $40+ from What’s In the Bible when you use coupon code MSM213 at checkout.

Our church is doing these videos with the 2 year old through 6 graders (we are some of the helpers). I wasn’t sure about it when I watched the first 5 minutes, but I definitely like it after a few weeks. I was surprised how much the 4-5 year old kids are getting out of it.

We have only seen the Christmas one, and we love it! I’m praying we win! 🙂

  • Kim H says:

WOW ! Thank you for the chance to win this 🙂

  • Rachael says:

These look like a ton of fun! And I’m slowly building a collection of quality videos my little guy can watch. These seem a good addition!

  • Jodi says:

I know my kids would love this plus they could really benefit from knowing the Bible lessons in a more kid friendly version.
    Thanks for the opportunity!

My kids would absolutely love to win this! Thanks for the chance!

  • I entered, and I’m hoping to win a set. I teach Sunday School at our church now, and I just started a lending library of the music CD’s. We plan to add VHS and DVD titles (because they are just sitting at the church and rarely getting used) in a couple of months. These would be a GREAT addition to the collection!

  • Sharon says:

I would LOVE to have these! We are trying to get back to making Sundays more spiritual, not just another day of the week, and these seem like they would be very helpful. Thanks for the chance to win, I love how easy it is to enter your giveaways!!
