I just tried this & it didn’t work for me even after I made sure it was all Amazon sold & subscribe & save. I called Amazon who stated it would work after I place the order, unfortunately it still didn’t work. I then called Amazon again & was told it would come off my next order, it didn’t. They then told me it won’t come off until my second shipment.

Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?

Thank you & hope it works for you!

Hmm, that’s weird. It should have come off immediately in your cart. Also, it has to all be one purchase. So if you’re opting for S&S, it has to be one big S&S order, like the diapers example. Does that make sense? If you did separate Subscribe & Save orders, then that may be why it didn’t work. My experience is that Amazon customer service is really helpful and quick to make things right. So maybe try calling them again and tell them you’re still having issues and would love to get the discount? Maybe they’ll give it to you, even if you didn’t quite do the promo correctly. It’s worth trying. Hope that helps! -Meg, MSM Team

Pretty sure you can’t get the discount if you subscribe. Am I missing something?
