I decided to wait until early next week to go to Harris Teeter as they are running Super Doubles starting on Sunday. I’ll include that trip in my post next week – although I’ll be using some of the things I buy there in my menu plan for this week).

Weekly Menu Plan

Breakfasts

Everyone is responsible for making/cleaning up their own breakfasts. Choices include:

Cereal, Oatmeal, Veggie Omelets, Yogurt, Fruit, Fried/Scrambled/Boiled Eggs

Lunches

Macaroni and Cheese, Apples, Carrots

PB & J Sandwiches, Apples/Bananas, Carrots x 2

Pretzels with Peanut Butter, Cucumbers, Oranges x 2

Leftovers x 2

Dinners

Ham and Bean Soup, Cornbread

Homemade Pepperoni Pizza, Tossed Spinach Salad

Build-Your-Own-Burrito (Seasoned Venison Taco Meat, Shredded Cheese, Plain Yogurt, Salsa), Spanish Rice

Crispy Oven Baked Chicken, Baked Potatoes, Roasted Zucchini, Cranberry Muffins

Pancakes, Strawberry Kale Smoothies (using strawberries from the freezer from my bulk purchase a few weeks ago), Scrambled Eggs with Ham and Cheese

Cauliflower Fried Rice (I’ll use this recipe as a guide, but do my own thing based on vegetables we like), Cranberry Muffins, Egg Drop Soup
