4 Weeks to a More Organized Home: Assignment #18 (update)

4 Weeks to a More Organized Home

I’m so excited about how many of you are joining us for the 4 Weeks to a More Organized Home Challenge! If you missed today’s assignment, you can find it here.

UntitledI was so excited to realize that all the purging and cleaning out I’ve been doing little by little over the past few months has really been paying off — because the closets didn’t need much cleaning out at all! Yay!

Untitled

The worst closet was the girls’ closet — and it was in pretty good shape!

Untitled

The pile of clothes I found to get rid of.

How you do on Assignment #18? I’d love to have you share your progress and success with us so we can be inspired. Either post a link to your blog post below or leave a comment with your update.

  • Shelly says:

Our closets are so full of stuff, I wish ours looked more like yours. I really should be more ruthless when I’m going through the stuff. But we did get all the dust bunnies out of the closets.

  • My closets are something we have not tackled in a LONG time. I didn’t get to all the closet floors yesterday, but we did tackle the “game closet” in the playroom today. It took an hour or more of sorting, but we eliminated all games and puzzles with missing pieces. We also got rid of about 1/2 of our floor puzzles. I can’t believe how much room is in that closet now. We might play even more games now that we can see more choices. 🙂 I think the closet task might have to continue into next week for me.
