HomeSav: Free $10 credit

HomeSav is another daily deal site that recently started. They are offering a free $10 credit when you sign up.

They have a Melissa & Doug sale going on today. Many of the $10 items are sold out, but there are still quite a few $14 available. Shipping is $7.95.

Please note: The site was running really slowly for me.

You can also get a $40 voucher to HomeSav through Mamapedia. If you’re planning to purchase one of the larger items or multiple items, this would make it an even better deal. However, you’ll need to jump on this quickly as stuff is selling out fast!

Thanks, Save the Coupons!

I am not sure how I feel about this site. I purchased a discount from dealpulp on 4/21, but went ahead and made a purchase because what I wanted wasn’t going to be online when the discount came through. I was charged an international service fee for the transaction. Then out of the blue the prices went up about 30% after the dealpulp came out. The now seem to much higher than when I originally looked at the site. I still have not gotten my purchase nor have I been notified that it shipped. Just be cautious.

FYI if you don’t use the referral link you don’t get the credit. Found that out by mistake. 🙁

Thanks – I got the play kitchen with the voucher from Mamapedia, using the Mamapedia credit I got from your signup link! Hope you get your referral credits from all that – I appreciate all you do!

Woohoo, just got the parking garage thing ($60 at Amazon, this site says $90) for $13 shipped using the Mamapedia credit. Turns out I had a $10 credit at Mamapedia from when I first signed up that I never used, so it was $10 out of pocket for the $40 credit, then that plus the HomeSav $10 credit covered all but $3 of the toy.

I just put a whole garbage bag of my daughter’s toys up in the attic to help clear up the living room (I rotate them out every few months), so she’ll be ready for something new right about the time we get this!

(Also a note: the Mamapedia deal takes several hours to go through, so it’s kind of a leap of faith to get that and hope to use it on the Melissa & Doug deal today. HomeSav seems to have other deals going on, but nothing else in the “parent of young children” vein recently, so buyer beware.)

Just ordered the Melissa & Doug fairy & princess dress up sets ($19 each on HomeSav) for my daughter. Got the $10 credit through your link (THANKS!!) which covered the $7.95 shipping & got the $40 voucher through Mamapedia. My total before discounts was $45.95. My out of pocket was $20 (for the Mamapedia voucher). And I have a $4.05 credit in my HomeSav account!!
(BTW, I had no “wait time” to get my Mamapedia code. As soon as I purchased the voucher, the deal code was right there. Just copied & pasted it from my Mamapedia deals purchased page to the checkout page on HomeSav. Easy-peasy!)

    Thanks AGAIN!!
