Walmart: Monopoly Junior for $2 + free Tombstone Pizza

Here’s another game deal at Walmart (I can’t guarantee that this price will be at your Walmart, too, but it’s worth checking on.):

Monopoly Junior — $5
Use the $3/1 Monopoly printable coupon (or from the 4/10 Hasbro coupon insert)
$2 after coupon

Plus, this game is a Hasbro game, so you can submit your receipt with this rebate form to get a free Tombstone pizza (up to $7.01 in value).

See more game deals at Walmart here.

Thanks, The Coupon High!

I was really excited, but once I read the coupons, I noticed that none of them were for Monopoly Jr. (they are all specific). Thanks anyway for sharing. I’ll have to look more into it later.

I just got back from Wal-Mart. Got 7 Candy Lands (the party favor for my daughter’s Candy Land theme birthday party), Three Toy Story 3 Operations, 2 Connect 4s, and a bottle of Similac for $35 plus tax, and I’m going to submit the receipt for five free Tombstone pizzas (the max amount of rebates.) I’m excited for my daughter’s party, and also the Operation and Connect 4 to put in my gifts to give box.

I had Wal-Mart price match the Connect 4 from Target’s ad, so it was only $8, minus the $3 coupon, they were $5 each.
The Operation was $2 each after coupon, and the Candy Land was $3 after coupon.

I wish I had seen the Monopoly Junior. I will have to head back…thanks for the heads up on that!

Going tonight to look for the monopoly jr and candy land. Putting these away for Christmas. My niece will have a great gift for not much out of the pocket. We plan on spending $30 on each person in our family for Christmas with all these sales we will have a great Christmas. Thanks for all you do.

I just got back from Walmart. They didn’t have any versions of Operation priced below $14.95…. 🙁 I was bummed. It must be a regional thing.

    • Rae says:

They might have taken the sale tag off the shelf if they were out of the Toy Story 3 version (which was the only one on sale)

I just went to Wal Mart to get the Candy Land and Toy Story Operation for the gift closet, and they were in the middle of marking down their clearance toy items. Not sure if they are doing it at other Wal-Marts, but they had a deluxe Candy Land game marked down from 22 to 5, so I got that for 3 with my coupon. Also got a ton of Color Wonder coloring kits for 2 that usually go for 15 (including my $1 coupon from a couple of weeks ago), lego kits (small ones) for $1 each, and some other misc. gift toys. Spent about $35 for 18 gifts! I just came home to print more coupons then I am on my way back out.

  • Pamela says:

Good luck finding the Monopoly Jr. at Walmart. Mine didn’t even have a spot on the shelf for it.

  • Karyn says:

No Toy Store Operation left on the shelf at my store today unfortunately.

    • Laura says:

      Me neither : (

    • Amy says:

My Walmart hasn’t had the game in stock either. But today I took the ad from Walmart to Toys R Us, and they did a price match, so I got the game at Toys R Us for $2 – the ad brought it down to $5 like Walmart, plus the $3 coupon.

Definetely get the Wal-mart add and try to price-match at Target – they did for me today with absolutely no problem at all – on the Toy Story 3 Operation game, so I’m sure they’d do it on other games. Here’s a link with their price matching info you might want to take with you: http://sites.target.com/site/en/company/page.jsp?contentId=WCMP04-040400. 🙂

Has anyone played Monopoly Jr. with their kids? Is it fun? I have a 7 year old who is interested in money, but I’m not ready to sit down to a 3 hour Monopoly (adult version) game with him!

    • Erin says:

I have two girls (one will be 7 in August and the other will be 9 in June) and they love Monopoly Jr. They can actually play it on their own. They also love the Monopoly Deal game. I have to play it with them but my 6 year old is so good at it I refuse to help her and I definitely don’t let her win anymore, half the time she whoops me! 🙂

      • Laura says:

I enjoy playing it with my kids. It takes about 20 min. Everything is much simpler, the money, the squares, etc. My oldest now wants to play the original Monopoly, but I enjoy Jr. better because it is quicker.

  • Kara says:

My WalMart had the Toy Story Connect 4 for $5! There were no Monopoly Jr. games and they were out of the Toy Story Operation.

  • Toni says:

I found the Toy Story Connect 4 for $7 at my Walmart, so final cost $4. I bought 2. Inside the Connect 4 game was a coupon for $5 of any $15 worth of Toy Story 3 games (space shooter target game, operation buzz light year, buckaroo, memory and yahtzee jr) I couldn’t find Monopoly Jr. anywhere in Walmart.

  • Amy says:

If you can’t find the game you want at Walmart, you can also take the ad to Toys R Us and they will price match Walmart’s ad.
