  1. Anna says

I had a problem using the Manufacturer’s Purex coupon with the Dollar General Coupon. The cashier insisted that since the coupon stated “not to be combined with any other coupon” that I couldn’t use more than one coupon on the item. I explained about one being a manufacturer, and one being a DG coupon, and that other stores I shop take both store & man no problem. (He said I was “getting them good”). The manager sorted things out and had him ring up the Purex with an over-ride deduction after a long headache. But then I looked at their coupon policy, and it says right there they will take 2 coupons/item (manufacturor and DG) as long as neither says “not to be combined with any other coupon”. ACKK! That’s almost every coupon out there, and it’s not what the coupon wording means. Any one else have this problem?
