I’m ending the Christmas Gift Guide with one of my very favorite kitchen tools — a Vita-Mix. My dad bought me one for Christmas a few years ago and we’ve used ours over and over again. this just made me recall when you were buying a food processor for cheese…did you know you can just use your vitamix? just cube your cheese blocks, turn on vitamix and drop them in!

Because of a swallowing disorder i sometimes cannot eat solid food for several days at a time. This would really make it easier to get nutirents into my body on those bad days.
