How does Bridgette come up with her menu/grocery list? Does she base it on weekly sales?
Thank you.
Brigette Shevy says
Yes – I base it on sales, and what we already have in our freezer and pantry, and what I feel like… 😉
Ashley says
Where did the meat come from?? There isn’t any listed yet there is meat in sloppy joes.

You have to follow my posts weekly to get a feel for the big picture. Last week, I bought 40lbs of ground beef from Zaycon. Weeks before that, I bought 80lbs of chicken breasts from Zaycon as well. My husband is a hunter/fisherman, so we have a freezer stocked full of venison and fish. I almost never end up buying meat at the grocery store. Hope this helps!
