Since I have been receiving moneysavingmom and using your menu’s changed around a little I have saved $125.00 on my grocery bill,(I don’t get papers so don’t get many coupons unless someone doesn’t use them and gives them to me. ) my phone is not set up for app’s and such.but the Hy-Vee store runs ads in a throwaway paper(free) weekly and by using your menu’s I can feed my hubby, daughter and two very hungry all the time teenagers and still save a few dollars.Thank you for your awesome posts.I am 75 years old and learning new things all the time.

So glad you’re in the kitchen again. These posts are so fun to read.
Do you eat the same lunches that are listed here or something else? I thought I had read that you were following a healthy eating plan your husband made for you? Just curious, as I’m trying to eat healthfully too. ?

Whoops. Just re-read the title and saw this is Gretchen’s shopping trip and menu, not Crystal’s. Sorry about that!
