It’s nice to see you list your weekly menu so I can maybe get ideas. However, the menu is not realistic for a family of four that includes a teenage son and pre-teen daughter, who each have soccer practices 4 days a week. I wish I could find a menu plan for a family with active teenagers. Anyone with suggestions for quick, healthy menus and still stays on budget?

Nice to see Gretchen buying her laundry detergent.I have been using Purex for over 35 years and I find it annoying when people brag about making their own detergent as ways to save money!!

Must go through a lot though! I remember her getting at least six in a recent mega sale for less than .98 she paid here.

She’s a savvy shopper–Stocking up is the key to saving money later! And if you’ve ever found yourself running out of detergent on “one of those days,” well . . . six Purex on the shelf doesn’t sound so bad. 🙂

Jingit has several cash back offers for any brand items including grape jelly, baby wipes, garbage bags, & dish soap at WalMart, Target, & Dillon’s right now (for those that have the app on their phone).
