Bob’s Red Mill makes a gluten free all purpose flour, I’m sure that would work. There are other brands as well.

How much does this make? I need to make 32 gift bags…so how many batches would I need to make? Figure te balls would be egg sized.

Great idea – but just be sure to check that there aren’t any kids with Celiac Disease in the class. Playing with flour-filled playdough is a definite no-no for kids who can’t handle gluten.
