If you have a Walmart nearby check out the Christmas clearance. I bought Carnation Coffee Cake mixes @ 2.00 with 75% off which makes them .50 cents a piece. Tonight I will be making chili and coffee cake. The funfetti cake mixes are marked down to .50 cents and the pumpkin bread mixes are the same. Great to stock up and use for different events.

Gretchen, I recently contacted Turkey Hill, and the rep told me they will send coupons by mail once per month if asked (by email is fine). In response to an inquiry from me, they sent 12 coupons in a single mailing, up to $1 off an item. This would knock the price of the ice cream down even more! (I sure do love their Columbian Coffee ice cream!)

Thanks for sharing your shopping trip and menu plans. I’m going to try the braided pizza bread as a dinner option with salad. It looks like a nice change from standard pizza. 🙂

I see your menu for sandwiches. If you have a bread receipt, any brand of milk & bread just showed up on the Ibotta app! The receipts are good for a week, so if you have a bread receipt dated within the past 7 days it should count. Woohoo!!! I’d love Aldi to get approved on Ibotta.

I was just wondering how long can you keep that Italian chicken in the freezer for?
