    Just as an FYI to your gluten-free readers, “crunchy chickpea snacks” AKA roasted chickpeas, are VERY easy to make yourself super inexpensively (especially if you use cooked-from-dried chickpeas rather than canned). All you need is the chickpeas and some olive oil, salt and pepper, plus whatever other seasonings you’d like to add. I can make a batch for about $1.00. I have a recipe on my blog:

    Gluten-free eating can be a real budget buster so it’s good to have cheap options for as many things as possible :)
