Oh ok. And my 50% off is only if I spend over $100. And I would get 25% off of orders over $50… Not much of a deal actually. Wondering if there’s been a mistake on their part somewhere…
Nine days ago, I ordered five free mini books from MyPublisher and I’m still waiting for them to be processed/printed – not shipped, just to be processed and printed. I thought this was a bit odd as with snapfish/shutterfly/etc, I’ve usually gotten the books I’ve ordered within a week. So I called MyPublisher’s customer service and the lady was very flip with comments like ‘they’ll be ready when they are’ ‘don’t know when you’ll get them’ and when I asked for a manager to see if I could get a date when they would be shipped, I was told ‘they were in the process of being busy’. I questioned if that meant they weren’t busy now and I could talk to a manager and she told me no, they were too busy for that and didn’t allow it. Maybe someone else has had a better experience, but I personally won’t order again from MyPublisher. The whole experience felt underhanded and as if they really could care less about customers.

50% off code if I spend more than $100.00. I wonder if it’s just a way to get our e-mail addresses or if it’s a mistake.
It just worked for me – a screen with the code for a free book popped up and they emailed me the same code immediately. I’ve never signed up with them before.
